At BizKademy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Payment Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for payments made for our services:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
  • Service Unavailability: If BizKademy is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, specifically:
  • Pre-built Courses: If we are unable to grant access to the pre-built courses within 2 weeks of payment.
  • LMS Deployment: If we are unable to deploy the LMS within 2 weeks after payment.
  • Assessment Centre Deployment: If we are unable to deploy the Assessment Centre within 2 weeks after payment.
  • Time Master Deployment: If we are unable to deploy the Time Master within 2 weeks after payment.
  • Duplicate Payment: In cases where a duplicate payment has been made in error.
  1. As per Regulatory Guidelines:
  • All refunds will be processed in compliance with the Central Bank Guidelines, State Bank of Pakistan regulations, and Government of Pakistan regulations.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request to BizKademy’s Customer Support team at info@pakistan.bizkademy.com.
  • The request must include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation or evidence.
  • BizKademy reserves the right to investigate the claim and verify the circumstances before issuing a refund.
  1. Refund Methods:
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon between BizKademy and the client.
  • Depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take up to [number of days] for the refunded amount to reflect in the client’s account.
  1. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Certain services or products offered by BizKademy may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or in the service agreement.
