The course on exercising leadership explores diagnostic indicators of adaptive challenges and emphasizes respecting the pains of change. Participants learn to navigate leadership through adaptive work, addressing reasons for misdiagnosis and the interplay between authority and misdiagnosis. Unbundling the work process is examined alongside the nature and roots of authority, its services, and its relationship with leadership.
